How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, a confirmation page displaying your order number and details will appear.
Additionally, an order confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address, please noteit might take up to 30 minutes to appear in your inbox.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours of being placed and are then dispatched based on the shipping option selected. We do not process or fulfill orders on weekends or public holidays in Italy.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times, and we cannot guarantee same day processing. If your order has not been fulfilled within 36 business hours, please contact us by email for assistance.
